Goods delivery

Registered mail– if the order doesn't state the preferred delivery method and you haven’t informed Patareid.ee about it via the contact form, telephone or e-mail, then the goods will be delivered by registered mail. In this case, the goods will be sent via the postage system of your home country and the delivery may take up to 1 week. Customers in Finland, Latvia, Lithuania and Sweden will receive their deliveries within 3-4 days. The delivery cost is calculated according to the package weight and the destination country. You can use the delivery cost calculator before making a purchase

B) Other – if you need a different solution, contact us and we will organise a suitable delivery for you (via courier, etc.).

NB! When placing an order, always enter your preferred delivery method into the comments field (in step 5 of the buying process).

Privacy and data protection

All personal data of a customer received in the course of the customer visiting the website of Patareid.ee and making purchases there are considered to be confidential. Patareid.ee does not disclose the received data to any third parties; the customer has the right to request the deletion of own data from the database of Patareid.ee. Encrypted data communication with banks ensures the security of the personal data and banking data of the buyer; Patareid.ee also has no access to this data.

Ordering
Goods can be purchased by visitors and by registered users.
Select the products suitable for you and add them to the shopping basket. You can change the quantities of products in the shopping basket; you can also delete products from the shopping basket.
After you have found all the products you need, click the button “Proceed to checkout”. If necessary, log in as a registered user or a visitor.
Select the payer of the goods, and the destination address.
Select the preferred payment method and delivery method, enter the required data and click the button “Place order”.
You will automatically be sent an e-mail with an order confirmation; after making the pre-payment for the goods via Internet banking, you will be sent an e-mail with the payment confirmation. If you order an invoice, it will be sent to you after placing the order.
After you have paid for the goods via the payment method selected by you, the purchase will be considered effective and your order will be fulfilled.

Paying

The agreement comes into force at the moment when the total cost of order is received by the seller on his/her bank account. You can pay via Swedbank, SEB, LHV and Luminor Internet banking applications, by PayPal and credit card; this makes order handling fast. We also issue pre-payment invoices with the order confirmation; this can be used for paying for the goods via Internet banking or in a branch outlet of a bank.

Order tracking

Having registered as a user, you can track your orders and their statuses under “My account”.

Updating account data

The “My account” menu also allows changing your account data (name and e-mail address), password and addresses.

Disclaimer

The prices and availability of products may change without advance notice. Sanlab OÜ reserves the right to abandon a sale and to repay the price to the customer’s bank account within 10 business days if the goods cannot be supplied. Sanlab OÜ also reserves the right to refuse a sale if a human error has been made when entering the price of a product into the system or if a system error has caused an incorrect price to be displayed (e.g. if a battery costing 100 EUR is listed with the price of 30 EUR). In relation with this we assume the customer to understand that it’s a mistake and the product is not on sale for such a price. Product information is regularly verified and improved. Data may have changed after your last visit. E-shop may display incorrect details in the product information due to shortcomings in the data sheets of manufacturers. In such cases Sanlab OÜ shall not be responsible for correctness of the product data.
